Why You Need Orion 5000-EL to Reduce Emissions
It's a fact. Gasoline and diesel fuels still produce harmful emissions. As good as unleaded gasoline and ultra low sulfur diesel (ULSD) fuel are for the environment, and as good as your diesel particulate filter (DPF) is, your engine is still kicking out harmful emissions like ash, particulate matter (PM), hydrocarbons (HC), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and carbon monoxide caused by fuel combustion.
Orion 5000-EL helps the fuel burn cleaner during combustion. Orion 5000-EL reduces emissions by helping the fuel burn more completely during the combustion process. When added to the fuel tank at each fill up, the ester molecules in Orion 5000-EL helps the fuel to burn more completely reducing harmful exhaust gases and particulate matter.
The natural polarity of the esters in Orion 5000-EL increases detergency through solubility and dispersal. The esters disperse the carbon, varnish and sludge from the walls of the fuel line and the fuel injectors back into the fuel where they flow into and are trapped by the diesel particulate filter (DPF) or are burned completely during the combustion process.
Orion 5000-EL dissolves foreign particles and disperses carbon deposits in the fuel line. It reduces sulfur ash and particulate matter in the exhaust by burning the fuel more completely during combustion.
Orion 5000-EL meets the requirements of the 2007 heavy-duty highway diesel program and clean air non-road diesel tier 4 final rule.
